This project included the renovation of the 56,000 sf Club House, the 14,000 sf renovation Annex Guest House, and the 12,000 sf Beata Guest House. Boiling Springs Group was the original contractor for the Club House renovation. When additional work was required, TMR Associates provided design/build architectural services, for the pump house station, gazebo, HVAC upgrades, and the Beata Guest House. The original indoor pool was covered to form a new dance floor and banquet area. We designed and built a wine cellar and club store.
