Five Points Mall located in Marion, Indiana is a one-story enclosed shopping mall that opened back in 1978. This 460,000 square footprint recently underwent some struggles, having to close doors in a large Sears and lay off employees in the JC Penney. Our role with this large project includes working alongside brokers and analysis teams that have studied the needs of the community. We first began to implement new uses for the mall and purposed new designs that open the enclosed areas and challenge the outdated mall typology. Our goal is to make attract the right tenant and focus on its market appeal.
