The restaurant row design theme is based on introducing an identity to the town. This solution calls for using earth mounds to act as buffers from motor vehicles & pedestrian paths. Local trees are placed to soften the relationship between pedestrian & motorized traffic, & develop sound & visual control facts for transformation into a popular pedestrian traffic promenade. The utensils used as examples are a spoon as a bench & wild flower planter, wine corkscrew as bus stop shelter, salt & pepper shakers as rubbish management containers, kitchen utensils as kids’ playground, and a soup bowl as a new amphitheater.
