The Design is taking the existing Site as is, lifting the green space & plugs-in needed commercial occupancy, hiding vehicular traffic & storage, by developing pedestrian arteries. We included a sky cab car system which would connect the Space Needle with our Site & underline various services needed for tourism, recreation, & innovation. Our approach shows consideration for limited Water supply, Sun as a source of light & energy, & Wind.
