We developed an initial master plan to redevelop a large section of Ansonia, Connecticut. Our firm provided various phases including conversion of abandoned factory buildings into apartments, utilizing a sloped site to stack parking on both Main Street and East Main Street, integration of parks and landscaping, ten townhomes, and additional retail and community buildings.
