This Beaux Arts office tower located in the heart of downtown Detroit was built around 1926. Cadillac Tower stands as one of the most imposing skyscrapers in Detroit, yet this 40-story white giant stands vacant on many areas. Our solution is broken up into two phases prone to create market appeal: First phase— a redesign the public ground floor lobbies for new trendy retail storefronts outside Cadillac Square Park, along with the renovation of each public restroom & corridor. Second phase—a change of use for about 50% of the building: addition of 100 hotel rooms & 82 apartments (including 2 penthouse apartments).
