TMR has worked with the Polish and Slavic Federal Credit Union on several branches. The Maspeth branch project began with several renderings of a variety of schemes to demonstrate how the building would fit into the context of its surroundings. The final decision was to construct a single story building, predominantly of brick, glass and steel, which allowed it to ideally blend with surrounding buildings. We also designed a 10,000 sf branch in Clifton which included a full façade renovation and new windows and a second floor tenant space. These projects were done in conjunction with Boiling Springs Group.
