This 22,000+ square foot mansion is located on the Hudson River & was built in the early 1900s. The renovation included new windows matching the historic windows, a new roof, a full renovation of the basement that included a large home theater, bar, billiard room, laundry facilities & housekeeper quarters, a full renovation of the third floor including a large balcony overlooking the Hudson, enlarging the home’s atrium, and improving guest quarters. Finish & building upgrades were performed throughout the entire home. The first phase met a strict deadline for completion. The 13 month timeline included all working drawings, town & state approvals, and construction.
